My daughter's stool test shows consistency - semifluid, colour-yellowish brown, reaction- acidic, rest everything is normal. She is 15 y/o and experiencing loose stools from 6 months .that too once a day. Her bp gets low frequently and feels dizzy. Her stomach pains after eating spicy food. And the stomach pain only stops after a bowel movement. I think she has bile acid malabsorption. Earlier she was having mild infection. Took 7-8 antibiotics? imodium 02 secnil forte netazox metronidazole zo 200 mg rifaximin and probiotics darolac ibs. Remained 3 days on bland diet and drank warm water. But her bowel problems didn't cured. Pls confirm that she is having bile acid malabsorption or not? Or what happened to her.
